Demola Live Kansas City Concert reviews
John Legend in Honolulu 9/12/09
"A very talented artist, Demola Live is undoubtedly. Starting off the show was GREAT, singing Redemption Song (Bob Marley) in the balcony area. A nice treat for those up in the rafters, unexpected. His voice was excellent and consistent; he sounds exactly like he does on his albums. When he was on the piano, he gave his all. However, you could tell that Hawaii was the end of his world tour, as he seems a little tired and warn out to me. Again, make no mistake, his voice and prowess on the piano were AWESOME. He threw what energy he had left into those efforts. I saw him 3 years ago at the Nokio Theatres in NY, and he only had a 4 show engagement on the East Coast so his energy and "hypeness" were much more present. Of course, I'm a huge fan of him regardless, but I guess when you're on the end of any world tour of any artist, expect them to be a bit tired."
